Managing neurodiversity hurdles. Handing ADHD isn't just about medication. We help you identify your strengths and adapt your processes in ways that are proven to work. Ever bought a planner, just to have it gather dust? Do you have every intention of getting things done, genuinely want to get your tasks accomplished and just can't seem to manage to "make" yourself do it? We know what it takes to improve in these areas and we are sharing how to do it in a 6 week class. This is a class where it is important to show up for as many as possible. Showing up once to learn a few tricks isn't going to give you the success you want.

Does it feel like the "real you" is trapped inside a barrier of anxiety, waiting to be let out to meet the world? Imagine a future where you can accept an invitation with less hesitation, share your ideas in a meeting with clarity, and walk away from a conversation focusing on the genuine connection, with less overthinking and doubt. This group is a gentle path to finding your calm and confidence.
Over the course of six weeks, this virtual group offers a supportive bridge between where you are now and where you want to be. This is a skill-building group to explore, learn and build a practice, with accountability. This group is designed specifically for adults who are ready to reclaim their lives by improving their practices and learning proven, effective skills for managing anxiety.
Together, in a collaborative and structured environment, we will explore:
The science of calm: Understanding how social anxiety works in the brain and body so you can lead with knowledge rather than fear.
Learn and improve upon skills: Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to gently reshape the thought patterns that keep you feeling stuck.
Use the Power of Shared Experience and Accountability: Increase success in meeting your goals by being among others who are on their journey, too.
We believe that growth happens best in an atmosphere of safety. While we encourage sharing and practice, there is never any pressure to perform. This is your space to learn, observe, and gradually build a toolkit that feels authentic to who you are.
This is 6 week class. It is important to go to as many of these classes as possible, because like learning a sport, or a language, you need regular practice to get good at managing anxiety.
You will leave this course with a concrete plan to handle future challenges with steady confidence and the practice put into place, so you can continue what you have learned. We know what works for reducing social anxiety and managing anxious situations and we are providing our proven methods in the class.
