Juan Lopez (he/him) PMHNP-BC in-person in Boston, MA and telehealth throughout MA

I have over 5 years of experiencing working in mental health, with patients in a variety of settings, across the lifespan.  My strengths are working with individuals navigating OCD, psychosis, mood disorders, PTSD, mental health issues related to LGBTQ+, clients from childhood to young adulthood with a focus on adolescent and college-aged women to help them navigate unique challenges of identity, mental health, and personal growth during these formative years.

You'll find that I am understanding and non-judgmental. I know how difficult it can be seeking help and I know what it takes to make a change. You can see me for med management, therapy and holistic care. Do you need help meeting your goals? We can get you there, together, with or without medications.

My ideal client is someone who experiences the world intensely-empathetic, sensitive, and open-minded. They may feel overwhelmed by their emotions, weighed down by past experiences, or stuck in cycles of fear and self-criticism. Despite this, they have a quiet strength, a longing for something more, and a willingness to grow. They want clarity, peace, and a renewed sense of purpose, but most importantly, they want to feel understood and pulled out of the darkness in their mind.
